RX gas cracker：

RX gas conversion furnace is a device that mixes raw gas (natural gas or propane) with air in proportion, passes it into a reaction kettle equipped with catalyst at high temperature, and generates RX gas by cracking.

RX gas can be used in heat treatment processes such as spheroiding annealing of steel wire, annealing/normalizing of metal parts, and carburizing/quenching of automotive parts to prevent metal oxidation and decarburization at high temperatures.

In addition to providing a good protective atmosphere, RX gas can also completely replace methanol drip to achieve the purpose of cost reduction and safety production.
