Pressure swing adsorption hydrogen production device is based on the mixture containing hydrogen as raw material, according to the difference of adsorption capacity of nitrogen and hydrogen and other gases in molecular sieve, as well as the difference of diffusion speed, to achieve pressure adsorption, reduced pressure desorption, nitrogen, hydrogen gas separation, so as to obtain the required hydrogen. The raw material mixture here generally includes ammonia decomposition gas, methanol cracking gas, natural gas, etc.)

RX gas conversion furnace is a device that mixes raw gas (natural gas or propane) with air in proportion, passes it into a reaction kettle equipped with catalyst at high temperature, and generates RX gas by cracking. RX gas can be used in heat treatment processes such as spheroiding annealing of steel wire, annealing/normalizing of metal parts, and carburizing/quenching of automotive parts to prevent metal oxidation and decarburization at high temperatures. In addition to providing a good protective atmosphere, RX gas can also completely replace methanol drip to achieve the purpose of cost reduction and safety production.
