Mesh-belt Furnace

For quenching, tempering, carburizing and normalizing etc heat treatments on a) bolts, nuts, screws, gaskets, bearings, hardware, chains etc metal parts; b) solid solution treatment of stainless steel; c) heating up of job parts; d) controlled cooling on forged parts; e) annealing of small job piece; F)Brazing of radiator and heat exchanger.

Optional configuration(Continuous carburizing (quenching) tempering furnace production line): Pre-washing machine, quenching section, quenching tank, rear-washing, tempering section, blackening tank, oil coating machine and dryer etc.

Optional configuration(Continuous brazing production line):Degreasing system, brazing agent spray system, drying furnace, front curtain chamber, brazing furnace, slag clearing chamber, atmosphere air cooling chamber, rear curtain chamber, forced air cooling chamber, exhaust pipe and electrical control system, etc.

Heating source. Electricity or natural gas.

Protection atmosphere: nitrogen,RX, propane,cracked gases of methanol or ammonia.

Electrical control system：PLC+PC touch screen installed with professional heat treatment software, fully in-process control.

Atmosphere system. Oxygen probe, infrared gas analyzer .
