Induction heat treatment production line for long work-piece.

For quenching, tempering and blackening etc of high-strength bolt and rod etc products (of grade 8.8, 10.9, 12.9, B7, B7M, L7, L7M or bridge engineering etc grades).

Production capacity:

Approx 3.2 ~ 3.8 tons/ 24 hours, for Ø 20 ~ 30mm

Approx 4~ 5.5 tons/ 24 hours, for Ø 30 ~ 40mm

Approx 4 ~ 6.5 tons/ 24 hours, for Ø 40 ~ 60mm

Approx 6.5 ~ 7.5 tons/ 24 hours, for Ø 60 ~ 100mm

Heating rate. 110 ~ 280KW

Recommended configuration. Automatic loader + quenching section + tempering section + blackening section + automatic un-loader
