The project has the common problems of long pickling soaking time, mainly using nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid and sulfuric acid as pickling corrosion liquids, high nitrogen oxide generation and difficult waste gas collection. After years of research and practice, our company has developed a set of fully sealed stainless steel pickling line.
Main processes: Place the steel pipe into the tank→ seal cover → plus acid soaking water → acid reflux acid tank → cleaning → open cover gasket → steel pipe lifting.
All pickling, soaking and flushing are carried out in a sealed state, and there is no harm to the operator.
This production has obtained a number of patents.
